During 2024 Event Atlantic engaged MRSB Consulting to guide the organization through the process of reviewing the 2021-2024 Strategic Plan and re-developing a plan for the organization to continue moving forward.
With our funding partners, the Government of Canada through the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, Events Nova Scotia, Tourism PEI, the Government of New Brunswick, and Celebrate NL, Event Atlantic was able to create a comprehensive strategic plan to grow the organization and support the sector through to 2028.
