Acadia Students, brace yourselves, because the Scotia Sk8 Park Tour is set to unleash an electrifying surge of energy October 14th, from 3pm – 7pm at the Festival Theatre, followed by a concert series at the SUB!

Scotia Sk8 Park Tour is a four- stop skateboarding tour that will be traveling across the province from October 12th to the 15th.

What to Expect at the SK8 Park Tour:
– DJ Matty Galaxy keeping the energy soaring in the 19+ Beer Garden in the Festival Theatre Lobby.
– Food trucks set up through the duration of the event on President’s Field right beside Festival Theatre.
– Up-front and personal stage trick showcase by professional and semi-professional athletes, including Annie Guglia and Johnny Purcell on Festival Theatre stage.
– Performance by Atay and Jax on the Festival Theatre stage.
– Merch giveaways and interactive photo booth

FREE EVENT! NO REGISTRATION OR TICKET REQUIRED. JOIN US FOR ANY OF THE THREE SESSIONS OFFERED, EACH LIMITED BY CAPACITY. ARRIVE WITHIN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO START TIMES. FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.  **When the theatre seats are filled for each session, visitors over 19+ can party with DJ Matty Galaxy in the Foyer.

Session Times:
– Session #1: 3pm – 4pm
– Session #2: 4:30pm – 5:30pm
– Session #3: 6pm – 7pm
– Doors open 30 minutes prior to start times for each session – come early!

Know Before you Go:
– Show up before the start time of the session you are attending to ensure you get a seat.
– No alcohol is permitted outside the 19+ area in the Lobby.
– No bags permitted.
– ID checks at 19+ section- remember your ID.
– No outside food and beverage permitted.
– Garbage/recyclables disposal- help keep our spaces clean by throwing your trash/recyclables in one of the bins set up on site.
